Unreal - the Jayson Blair DBM strikes again!! This item originated a few years ago but has been used over and over again to grossly distort the position of Gonzales and the WH on treatment of detainees in the WOT. The DBM has made it sound like the WH was dismissing ALL of the Geneva Conventions as "quaint" when the full quotation so dishonestly omitted by Isikoff (scumbag) and Newsweak shows that Gonzales was talking specifically about some GC provisions that truly are "quaint" and certainly have little or no application to holding terrorist prisoners at Gitmo. Once again the DBM has been shown to be flagrantly dishonest, in effect another set of "527" groups working on behalf of the Demagogic Party.
