WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Swift Boat Veterans for Truth group was Sen. John Kerry's albatross in 2004. Now, the Democrat is warning his party about suffering the same fate in a fundraising letter.
In 2004, the Swift Boat group, backed by Texas businessman Bob Perry, made unsubstantiated allegations about Kerry's Vietnam War heroism. The presidential nominee's slow and uncertain response is blamed for helping doom his White House bid.

All Kerry had to do was release his records and this would have all been over, one way or another.
If Kerry thinks he had it bad in 2004, imagine what Hillary's Hitler Youth are going to do to Kerry. I guarantee that when Kerry gets to the debates with Hillary, he will be labeled a coward with an incomplete 180 and those boo-boos will come to light.
And all the RATS will forget about what a hero Kerry was in 2004.

The AP knows perfectly well that "unsubstantiated" is a lie -- all they have to do is check the back of "Unfit for Command" for documentation and sworn affidavits.
The usual journalistic standard is that an allegation supported by two eyewitnesses is "substantiated." The Swift Vets have dozens...

the MSM always ssys things like "unsubstantiated" or "discredited" but I have yet to see any claims made by the SBVT that have been discredited.
Truthfully the only one that's been discredited is sKerry.
Beaware that this same disinfo campaign will be used against the BootMurtha group.

Why were your after action reports filed with a Lieutenant as your rank and why was your discharge papers listing your rank as LtJG (a rank lower then Lieutenant).
Officers do not get demoted unless they did something gravely wrong. What did you do? Would you release your full military record to the general public so we can understand the event?
