FRiends of Flyer will be celebrating the joy we knew in knowing him. The Memorial Party will be held in a fashion that Flyer would love ~ lots of FRiends, food, beer and fun.

Lots of pictures will be posted during and after the party.

I am a doofus and do not know how to post the link to the Flyer Prayer thread, all you smart guys or girls feel free to have at it.

I am so thrilled that you were able to make it. I hope we HAT members did not scare you too badly. ;-)

The only credit I deserve in all this it picking a date. Pax & Gunner did the hard stuff to make yesterday a wonderful day.

Nope..how could I be skeered of fellow Texans. Y'all just know how to have a good time, and I LOVED it!

Thank you and Pax and Humble for all your hard work. Believe me, I know it was...I saw the mess we left last night! LOL. Almost felt guilty at not staying to help! :D

We'll see you in a couple of hours I guess! I'm still waiting on NYT to get his stuff together in his room so we can go eat. We haven't had breakfast yet! :D

Make that Gunner.

I only did a few emails and phone calls.

I didn't even cook anything because I wouldn't do that to all of you.

:-)

Naw, this time it wasn't me that was the problem... It was my roommate. I had to babysit him! I sent The Mom a FReepmail so she knows the whole story.

And BobbyD, I missed giving you a big ol' bear hug too!
*sigh*

Thanks to everyone who helped put on this weekend's events. Bacon Man and I had a great time on Saturday. We really enjoyed visiting with everyone and meeting lots of new people! We're still full from all that good food.

Sadly I did not know Flyer that well but I am happy I was able to attend the party and honor his memory. I think it was a party he would have been proud of.

LOL! The baby powder! If I were to pat my clothing I am sure I would send up a cloud of it. I will never use it again! :D

You're welcome...it's the least we could do!
