Election campaign? Let the games begin!
Vote Hellary (OUT)!!

I had never read that analysis by Caroline Baum. (She currently writes for Bloomberg.) I trade commodities. The secret lies in avoiding trying to turn $1,000 into $10,000 overnight. That is the way to the poorhouse. The secret does lie in trying to take a $10,000 account and make a couple of hundred dollars a day. What Hillary did is impossible, not only for her, but for the best traders alive.
Preemptive removal in '06 would be a smart move for the Ds. But they have neither the foresight nor the courage....

I don't even trade commodities, but you just know that if a regular person tried to explain away the amazing profits by the same kinfd of incoherent and garbled explanation, they would be under great suspicion of manipulation. The real question is, if HRC is so good that she could make 10,000% profit in one year, whey did she quit? If only she had kept at it for two more years, she could have turned the $100,000 into $10,000,000 and then the $10,000,000 into $1,000,000,000!
"Public service," missus clinton's cash cow, literally.
As 9/11 has demonstrated, people in government as corrupt and self-serving as the clintons can easily be fatal.
Isn't Hillary!'s trading in cattle futures sort of...cannabalistic?
Please don't forget that it was uncovered (probably in 1995) that the person running Mrs. Clinton's blind-trust as the Clintons entered the White House -- that guy was SHORTING pharmaceutical and other healthcare stocks... right at the time that Mrs. Clinton was leading the taskforce for nationalizing the healthcare industry... a time when healthcare and pharmaceutical stocks "were under a great deal of pressure" to understate things. The Clintons, who always claim to have no interest in $, have been using rigged systems their entire lives.
Even at the very end of their Whitewater adventure, the Clintons lawyer recognized that they needed to get legally disconnected from that venture, he imposed on Jim McDougal to take it off their hands. By doing so, McDougal was relieving them of about $50K in debt that he was absorbing -- a little something that they failed to disclose in their tax return.
These observations are all based on my somewhat foggy memory, but if you go back and search the archives, I think you'll find them pretty close to the mark.
<< HILLARY!?? WHAT IS THIS MORIBUND LOSER DOING IN THE POLITICAL ARENA, ANYWAY? >>
Got me still hangin'. Specially after NR's brilliant analysis of her brilliant post-market-close year in commodities. 'Cept I have this mall moral integrity problem and know that for me to have appeared to be the winner she was not, her "agent" had literally to be robbing some poor bastard, I'da hung on to that deal with all I was worth anda milked it for all it was worth.
Im not now,nor will be in the future, or even have been interested in buying the cow(Hillary).
As the Washington press corps slumped into unconsciousness listening to missus clinton's jargon-laden droning about the sequestration of noxious byproducts of burning fossil fuel--it became increasingly clear that the fossil1 emissions of most concern were the gaseous effluences coming from the jargoneer, herself.
A "smartest woman in the world" would have had the good sense to limit her sequestrations to what she knows best--supoenaed Rose-Law records, say... or the Republicans' raw FBI files... or, more on point, Proclamation No. 6920 and quid-pro-quo coal.2 If the purpose of missus clinton's carefully choreographed if transparent and "achingly dull" speech was to dispel the increasingly held notion that she ain't all that smart, well, it backfired. Hardly trippingly-on-the-tongue techno-talk (even when not spoon-fed to her by aides and handlers) does not a brainiac image make. QUID PRO COAL2:
TWO BIRDS, ONE STONE
But it is more than that. There is something about missus clinton's execution--the cadence perhaps--or maybe it's the all-too-familiar shopping-list structure so favored by her equally uncreative3 husband--that signals technical discomfort, if not downright ignorance and stupidity. Her recent nanotech harangue is another example of this techno-bumbling.
As a matter of fact, missus clinton, herself, confirms her less than stellar technical credentials. Her Olympian lament, you may recall, told the sad story of her having to chuck math and science for politics because she just didn't have the right stuff.
Oh! How much better off the country would be today if only missus clinton could do calculus....
CLINTON CORRUPTION + THE SEQUESTRATION OF GASEOUS FOSSILS

Indeed. And today we are the "poor bastard[s]."
As Gail Wynand so brilliantly put it the other day, "They took the village."
