..seems to me he has a bad case of kerryitist...he went from the brightest to the dumbest in 4 months...could it have been because the guy or girl that was taking his test got tired of his fake smile and blew him off as a lecher?

being in the top half means he could still have been in the bottom two-thirds, eh? unless i'm missing something, this is no accomplishment...;)

Don't know about that fake smile getting tired theory. It happened before the cap job, the hair plugs, etc.
