I wonder if they'll discuss the new book which blames Fox News for Gore's loss in 2000.

Gretchen Carlson. She called Chevaz a kook on the air right after his UN speech.
To: NEPA
Really? Is David Asman still around? He used to have the 11 a.m. spot, didn't he?

E.D. has a new program an hour or two later now....a bit of a shakeup for the whole morning (west coast time = morning) lineup.
Gretchen Carlson was Miss America 1989, which I hadn't known.

Who's the new info babe and where's E.D.?Gretchen. And I can't stand her. I love Steve and Brian, but I turn on the weather now from 7 to 9.
I just can't stand watching her. Why didn't Fox give Karin or Allison that slot? I am totally pissed.

My pleasure I am a 24/7 watcher of Fox, if I am not here my Viking Kitty watches for me.I love that they are trying to make the network keep up with the tech. I was glad they got rid of Julian and added Kelly on the weekends. I like Gretchen with Steve and Brian. I love Steve and Brian, they crack me up.

Brian, Grethcen, Steve, why don't you discuss the bumper sticker produced by Rush Limbaugh.
To: US Navy guy
I had a bad thought this morning. I mean, a mean thought.
Gretchen is too tight spinctered for F&F. Too intense. Too much the advocate attempting to make a difference.
Then I thought ....lighten up. Give her a chance. It will work out.
After all, Julian's gone. They don't keep unsuitables very long.

Allison and Kirin are the reasons I don't watch F&F on weekends anymore. Neither one of them impress me in the least.
To: defconw
this is the first F&F live thread i've seen and it's a great idea... i imagine bunches of us are waking up with F&F most morns...
Gretchen is doing a great job... my favorite E.D. sit-in is Loren Green... she's not as polished as she would be if she got more into shows than news delivery, but lots of potential there too, IMVHO
and I believe Loren is a former Miss Minnesota as well as a concert pianist...

Both would be good in as co-host, but I'd vote for Lauren Green. I kind of liked ED though. (She looked pretty good for a woman who had 40 odd kids or something).

Karin has a new child. Allison is pregnant. I don't think early morning and young children work well together.

Texas Congressman Ron Paul is on explaining the big problem of Anchor Babies.
He was an OBGYN Dr. in Houston and was exposed to the anchor baby illegal scam.
He says the 14th Amendment, which grants automatic US Citizenship, is the greatest incentive for Illegals to come to the US..
70 to 80% of the 10,500 babies born in two area Hospitals in Houston WERE Anchor babies.
In Stark County alone, the Hospital is proposing a 25% TAX INCREASE to pay for this..
Ron Paul thinks the hospitals will close eventually. He has introduced a Constitutional Amendment to clarify the 14th Amendment. Anchor Babies should not have a fast track to American Citizenship....Go Ron Paul!

Chris Wallace nails it!
"I asked the question..he went off. He got red in the face, his hands were trembling, his eyes were bugging. What's more important is what happened off camera. Which was his Press Secretary sort of jabbing my producer hard on the shoulder saying "STOP the interview..STOP the cameras this interview is OVER!"..
Three minutes later he came back at them again, and said "Stop the interview"!
And when it ended the President left with his staff, and we could hear him in the hall thru the door SHOUTING at his staff for getting him in this situation.
"So preconceived? I think NOT!"..:)

My favorite shows are when they have Tiki Barber (Tiki Tuesdays). He's smart, sharp and knows current topics as well as the other hosts (sometimes better). And he slams Brian when he gets the chance.
I wish they would make him a regular after football season is over (as they did last year).

Karin has a new child. Allison is pregnant. I don't think early morning and young children work well together.I know Karin has a new baby and the weather man (what's his name?) is her hubby, but she came back and was there for several months. I still see her during little excerpts. I think she was on yesterday morning between 6 and 7.
And Allison isn't due until January. Oh well...........got to roll with the changes I guess. :(
