Murtha's a crook, but proof beyond a reasonable doubt would be difficult.
While I am going to sound like a leftist shill, the timing is a little susect. Nonetheless, I can't say that I'm very sorry that Murtha has been busted. It may have taken 26 years, but the Cut 'n Run King has earned his 15 minutes of shame!!
