Now, the only question is, "How many of the democrats (who voted FOR the law) are running for reelection, and how many (that voted against it) are NOT running for re-election?"

Here are the dems who voted YEA.

Carper (D-DE), Johnson (D-SD), Landrieu (D-LA), Lautenberg (D-NJ), Lieberman (D-CT), Menendez (D-NJ), Nelson (D-FL), Nelson (D-NE), Pryor (D-AR), Rockefeller (D-WV) and Salazar (D-CO)

I'm sure or fairly certain Landrieu, Lautenberg, Rockefeller and Salazar are not running this year. I'm sure or fairly certain Lieberman (D-CT), Menendez (D-NJ), Nelson (D-FL), and Nelson (D-NE) are running this year. My doubts are Carper and Pryor.
