I'm sorry, but that sure is a half-assed excuse for breaking the law and supporting murderers and rapists.
From the article, the victim is a Salvadoran immigrant as well. This gang is a cancer; and even calling them a gang is a joke.
Bad drugs should be banned, and I'll tell you why. Anyone who sells any of that junk to my young 'uns, is in for it. The legal authorities better get to him first.
The purpose of a justice system is to prevent people like me from taking the law into our own hands. If you eliminate the laws, or their adequate enforcement, revenge is the only rule.
Are you sure that you want that?
There, all fixed for truth in Labelling.
LOL!!!
the poster I was responding to referenced pot, that's what I was responding to, no one's ever died from doing it, except bags of doritos. If you take away the illegality, the profit motive for the gangs would disappear as it did for the moonshine runners once booze was legal
Then society is broken.
They're criminals, period. They'd find some other illegal activity to make the big money.
and I don't think underage kids should be able to get it, just adults, which I think would be easier to control if it were legal also, right now the only proof of age you need to buy it are a couple of twenty dollar bills
In fact, traditionally under the common law, the three crimes that got the death penalty were murder, kidnapping, and rape.
Doesn't say much about men today that we can't come up with the stones to deep six most of these creeps. You know, them old fables about protecting our women and children...
Well, the tricky part is,what happens if a girl screams rape and it legitimately isn't true? That's why i think life in jail without parole is a good alternative. I mean, don't get me wrong, rape is a horrible crime and anyone who does it shoudl be locked away forever, but how often do you see girls who regret doing something then scream rape, or scream it to get even with a guy? Hell, this girl i know was a bit .. shall we say loose. She would get drunk, sleep with a guy, then the next morning she'd regret it and scream rape.
MS-13 bump
Punishment should always be WORSE than the crime try to partially even out the part where the victim didn't DESERVE what he/she got.
Good point .. I agree.
Bttt!
I think we should keep doing what we're doing. After all, it's working so well.
Not being able to count on the feds for anything but minimal support days before elections, this entire immigration debacle is going to shake out "locally".
Ten years from now there will be sanctuary cities all over the country. There will also be cities that value their way of life and will have created sufficient law enforcement to keep the illegals out of their towns.
Along with local law enforcement carrying out the duties of the feds there will be local laws on the books that prevent illegals from renting homes and employers from hiring their sorry asses.IN addition local welfare and hospitals will become for locals only by law.(local) It's our only solution unfortunately, waiting on the feds to do the entire job will become far to costly.700 miles of fenicing is nice and a good start but the border is 2,000 miles long. bottom line there will be super safe cities and place like LA in which to live, people will be voting with their feet once again.
BUMP
"Anyone who sells any of that junk to my young 'uns, is in for it."
Are you sure you want to go there? ANYONE who sells drugs to your kids does so for one reason and one reason ONLY: Because they came to him LOOKING for drugs. So who you gonna off? The dealer who was selling only to those who came to him; your kids for WANTING the dope; or the bad PARENT who failed to instill any sort of values and morality into his kids in the FIRST place? Since you claim them as yours, guess who the failure of a parent is?
BTW, anti-WOsD as I am, I did manage to instill in my son sufficient values that he has never, to my knowledge, used (recreationally) any drug apart from alcohol, and that in moderation.
