Zawahiri Attacks Bush in New Video Posted on Web Friday , September 29, 2006 CAIRO, Egypt The deputy leader of Al Qaeda called President Bush a failure and a liar in the war on terror in a video statement released Friday, and he compared Pope Benedict XVI to the 11th century pontiff who launched the First Crusade. "Can't you be honest at least once in your life, and admit that you are a deceitful liar who intentionally deceived your nation when you drove them to war in Iraq,"

Methinks thou protesteth too much
It sounds like democrat talking points to me.
Well, that's it...it must be so. NOT!
The enemy himself is spouting the democrat, leftists talking points, and it is going to make a difference in November.
Exactly!
Republicans should use this in their campaign ads, with a split screen on the Demonrats saying the same things.
Come on Howard Dean..take off the beard. We know it's you. Just give it up.
This sounds like a rerun of a Nancy Pelosi speech, only in Arabic. |
I am so angry at these dems who give terrorist leadership (such as it is) all the ammo they need to undermine our President and his leadership.
I can't help but think that somewhere there will be a record of meetings between woodward and high-level dems (probably Hillary and God knows who else), planning the subject matter and the time of release of the woodward 'expose'.
And obviously an advance copy was sent to Al Queda - it just makes me sick to see the lengths to which those traitors will go to bring down America.
I believe that Woodward deserves a loud 'thank you' for his part in giving terrorism a boost, and trying to impact the coming elections. A ton of thank you notes would be an interesting way to tell him what we think about him and his choice of friends.
He is probably too dense to see the sarcasm, however. Most of those people are so blinded by hate that they really don't see the awfulness of what they are doing.
One would think that when he (woodward) reads his exact words coming from the mouths of terrorists, he would get a hint of how low he has allowed himself to be dragged.
makes me sick.
Terrific idea!
Good donkey.
Straight from the Dim's talking points!
Cool - Free REPUBLICAN ad from the enemy!
Wow! Howard Dean's coaching is working very well! Next thing you know Chavez will be using the Democrat talking points to denounce President Bush.
With his accusations of lying he sounded like a democrat.
yes, that has been pointed before, too, when they (al quaeda) were pushing out all those videos during the campaign.
You'd think the democratic party heavies would be embarrassed that there is little distinction between their rhetoric and that of the sworn enemies of civilization, differing perhaps only in degree and tactic.
But they're not; in fact they use it, leverage it, push it, foster an environment that encourages it, and for all we know, help create it.
Are we just supposed to sit around and let them?
Sometimes I wonder if it might be the other way around.
