John Gibson on FNC addressed the issue of whether X42 could have, should have gotten OBL during his terms.

Patterson who wrote Dereliction of Duty was on the show and excellent. Also a CIA operative who confirmed that X42 just would NOT make the decision. Either being available or unwilling to take action EVERY time. At least EIGHT times.

They did have a man from X42 NSA who just offered lame excuses and was pathetic.

Hoping that this is addressed on FNC this morning.

The dems will not condemn Foley, but go after Hastert and the Repub leadership with questions of what did they know and when did they know it.
