ARTICLE SNIPPET: "KHAR, Pakistan — Pakistani troops backed by missile-firing helicopters destroyed a purported Al Qaeda-linked training facility in a northwestern tribal area near the Afghan border Monday, officials said. At least 20 people were killed.
