You are right. He needs to get home to Atlanta. Maybe he can claim to have been one of the Leo Frank lynchers. If the DA in Atlanta is a dumb as the one in Boulder, they will extradite and fly him back first class before noticing that Leo Frank was lynch in 1915 and Karr was born in 1964.
