A few days ago there were reports of Bear bombers off the coast of Alaska with Canadian and US interceptors scrambled to meet them. Interesting coincidence or probing to see how we would respond with all of the internal dissension in the US caused by the Democrats and their fellow travelers?

The Russians aren't our friends. Maybe, some day, they will be, but don't hold your breath waiting. They are still testing us to see if we've lost it. Islamofacists aren't our only potential enemies in the world today.

Nope, it was a well publicized exercise by Russian forces.

Kinda neat that they still have a few old prop driven bombers that can still fly.

USAF RADARS were working just fine, and saw the Bears heading toward Alaska.

When the Bears hit the 12 miles limit, a pair of F15C fighters were on hand to show the Bear pilots all the pretty air to air missiles carried by the F15C.

Impressed, the Bears went home. We had film at 11 on the local news and everything.
