Uh, "innocent until proven guilty" was still the law the last time I checked, friend. I detest kiddie porn and those who traffic in it, but until someone is proven guilty in a court of law (or pleads guilty), the law says he's innocent.

The rule is also (or is it the law?) that only child pedophiles are to be executed at the hands of fellow inmates, not inmates charged on child pornography, which, btw, I agree.
Caveat: I'm no lawyer.
If he got off on a technicality would he, therefore, be innocent? Was OJ innocent or was he found "not guilty"?
