This is a dumb computer question (heck I still own a typewriter):
I've seen ads for gotomypc.com. Is it possible to use this or other softwares to go to someone's PC, deposit, open, and then forward a toxic email as though it originated from that PC? Can my PC be taken over by remote control (firewalls aside)?
Is this what happened in your case?

Spicka, 59, is accused of sending two threatening e-mails to airport officials about 7:45 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities say he tried to conceal his identity by calling himself "George Orwell" and sending the email through software that hides its origin...Do you categorically deny that you have ever caused any such communication to be sent to anyone [anywhere anytime]?According to charging documents, authorities at BWI received an e-mail from "George Orwell" with "bomb" as the subject line. PS: Have they shown you [or your lawyer] the actual communication that was sent? Is the actual communication in the indictment [or "complaint" or whatever it is at this point]?

If you actually made the threat then you deserve what you may get.
If you did not make the threat then you have really screwed up by posting here.
If the later is the case get a lawyer and keep your yap shut. If the former is the case keep yaping - more evidence might put you away longer - which would be a 'good thing'...
