The RATS won't win with my vote. Already absentee voted a straight R ticket....and no pollster has solicited my opinion.

This is the same network that told us that a Rove indictment is imminent

I don't believe the polls were as bad then, however.

Throw the bums out and replace them with Pelosi and Reid. Rangle, and Conyers?

The thought occurs to me that some of the bums they want to toss out are Democrats. They're anti-encumbent. So yeah, if they stay mad, they don't care who takes the majority. They're all worthless. (Their thoughts, not mine. So don't throw rocks.)

What these people will not do is stay home. They always vote. In the state elections they say they'll do the same. I won't believe it till the day after. But, the feeling is out here. It surely is.

I wish I knew how to preserve political predictions for posterity.

Yes. I am well aware. I've especially witnessed it for the past three elections. I call it leftist (socialist) propaganda. It didn't work for them in the last three elections. I seriously doubt that it will work for them in this election. However, there are a few strategies and tactics the Reps could be using that they (as far as I know or have seen so far) are not using. In fact, I haven't heard a peep out of the Rep Party as far as hard-hitting campaign issue attacks against the DemRats (and Lord knows, they have plenty of ammo and material for those attack ads).

My question is....why the hell not? What are they waiting for? Christmas '08???

This is an echo poll. NBC releases it, bugles blaring. CNN.com details it, MSNBC covers it every hour, and you know evening news shows will play it heavy, after CNN blast it all day long. Self-fulfilling prophecy, the intended goal.

Didn't this same bunch say the same thing prior to the LAST election?

Yes, they did. 2002 and 2004

Wouldn't you like to know the zip code that was polled?

435 congressional districts. That works out to what, 2 and 1/2 voters per district?
