I will, in fact, do something I have NEVER done in my life. Vote straight REPUBLICAN. I wont even look at who it is, the (R) gets my vote. Why? Because the Democrats, of whom I used to be a good member in standing, have totally, as of these past few years, ABANDONDED me. Where are the Truman Democrats? JFK Democrats? Used to be that the Dem's were motivated by a desire to help the little guy, and THAT included keeping us safe from foreign enemies. Well NO MORE. Other than JoeMentum, the party has drunk all the Kool-Aide.
This isn't even Clintons party anymore. Not Bill Richardson's either, certainly not Liebermans. Nope, they have completely lost it.
Ya know, I dont much care for Republicans, but I LOATHE the Democrats. That will be my message by holding my nose and voting straight (R).
