It would be fun to have Kerry under oath to see just how much he really knew about his group's assassination plots against US political leadersIt would be even better to see him, under oath, tell us why he met 3 times with enemy leaders in Paris = while still in uniform - and just why, since this is a crime, per our Constitution, punishable by lots of jail time - and disqualifies one from EVER serving in ANY elected office - even dog catcher - that he is a U.S. Senator...

Subpoenas were served on both men but, before either could be deposed, one checked himself into a hospital for elective back surgery and the other had himself arrested and committed to a mental institution. At last press reports, he was released from the psychiatric hospital and fled the country to Vietnam via Hawaii. Yikes! Is this really true?
I watched the film on DVD. It is probably still available from a web site. It is very moving.

What is the lawsuit about and what exactly are they trying to find out regarding Kerry's Service? Bottomline please...in less than 20,000 words.
I do not feel to waste my life reading the rest of that mess.

I don't see this lawsuit going to far, but good luck to them anyways. I agree. IMHO, every day that this vile mountebank sits in the Senate and continues to run for the Presidency, he fully deserves to be harrassed and pursued with every legal means available.
