I have a pal who works for the government he helps
pro-american politicians win elections..... He just got back from Iraq and told me that in every other part of the world he finds a hot issue has the pol run on that...and he usually wins.

But in Iraq it didn't work cuz people just vote who their Imam tells them to.

It's just amazing reading all the posts in this thread. If the world had known that there were no WMDs in Iraq, nobody would have supported its invasion. WMDs were the reason for the invasion. Iraq was defying all the UN resolutions which called for inspections to ensure that they weren't developing or keeping them. If Iraq had complied with the resolutions, there would never have been any doubt and Saddam would still be in charge over there.
