You'd think they would be more concerned with fingerprinting Muslims entering the Mosques than keeping tabs on drunks. The drunks keep the fight to themselves. The Muslims attack others. Can we say Merry Old England anymore?

Funding is being offered to councils that want to have their pubs keep a regional black list of known trouble makers. The fingerprint network installed in February by South Somerset District Council in Yeovil drinking holesy is being used as the show case. Wouldn't it be simpler to just have pictures of known troublemakers?
Then again, you get more funding for fingerprinting.
