But, none of them had the totally insane twisted mindset of al-Qaeda, that is the main point I am trying to make.

I understand what you are saying. I don't know if I fully agree though. I think all of our enemies are equally evil. The evil doers in Iraq don't seem to be rapist and seem to treat captured women with some kind of respect. I have not heard of rape incidents and I could be wrong. Anyway, I doubt you would get this kind of treatment towards women from WWII Japan or Germany though.

I think all of our enemies have been brutal in some form or another. And I think like this. If the country/people you are at war with are part of the Geneva Convention and are in good faith, then you honor the Geneva Convention. If the country/people you are at war with is not part of the Geneva Convention, then the gloves come off.

I know what you are saying though and I understand. There is no doubt that these people are brutal. You are right in a way because of their brutal actions. But all of our enemies have been brutal. And as I am sure you know, our intrepid Troops still come out on top by the grace of God.

Warriors have always had to be brutal to those who fought before them.
Warriors have always had to be more brutal to the learned ones that came after them.
Warriors have learned difficult and treacherous lessons which have taught them lessons with which to be prepared.

We are grateful and blessed to be Americans.
We have the Greatest Warriors!
God Bless them All.
