COPENHAGEN, Denmark - A Danish court on Thursday dismissed a lawsuit filed by Muslim organizations against the newspaper that first published the Prophet Muhammad cartoons that touched off protests in the Islamic world.
The City Court in Aarhus said it could not be ruled out that some Muslims had been offended by the 12 drawings printed in Jyllands-Posten, but said there was no reason to assume that the cartoons were meant to belittle Muslims.
The newspaper published the cartoons on Sept. 30, 2005 with a text saying it was challenging a perceived self-censorship among artists afraid to offend Islam.

oh boy.....PC ruling to the maximum.....
Why didn't the court just simply say, "muslims have no right to not be offended"
praise allah, pass the crayons!
Probably. Support Denmark.
Sure they will. 'Specially when they see a billboard of a camel defecating on the hot sands entitled "The Birth of Mohammed".
I'd pay big bucks (simply for the pleasure of watching) to have your thought on a billboard beside that space rock they walk around and worship in mecca.</p>
Hope they do...and Danish cops take names.
It'll take a couple of weeks for the riots to be organized. Most of these folks can't read and won't know about the court decision until they're told.
