Tonight's "John Ziegler Show" on KFI 640AM in Southern CA played a clip from Senator John F Kerry's appearance at Pasadena City College with candidate Phil Angelides, Democrat for CA governor.
At the event, Kerry had this to say about our brave military volunteers:
"You know, education, if you make the most of it, if you study hard and do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart, uh, you can do well. If you don't, you get stuck in Iraq."
I pray God will watch over your Son and, return him to you safely.
Thank you for your Son and, his service to our county in this time of war.
The book title should be changed to:
"Unfit for Anything"
God bless your son. I know what it is like to have someone serving overseas in Iraq and Kuwait.
Mine came back from Iraq and Kuwait almost 2 years ago now after serving 9 months in the Coast Guard - port security.
He came back safe (Thank you, God) and is now a firefigher and a paramedic- still saving people daily.
My dad, who passed away this month, was also a Coast Guard vet. He served in WWII for 5 years. I'm glad he didn't have to listen to this poisonous remark from a U.S. Senator.
We, in my family, love the military and their bravery and sacrifies and always will.
Bennett just said that he is going on CNN later today and wants to play some of the comments of his callers about what Kerry said. What are the odds that suddenly there won't be enough time for Bennett's segment!
I am outraged by Kerry's insult.
Can he get more stupid? Insulting America's military during a war and 7 days before an election?
John Kerry showed how traitorous (and stupid) he is, yet again. The Democrats should never be trusted to lead this country.
