The wimp didn't have the guts to deliver the apology on camera, the same way he slimed the military. Hiding behind a press release is a typical coward's way out.

kerry isn't the only Demorat to badmouth our Troops. Hannity is having Harold Ford JUNIOR on his show this evening because JUNIOR has said kerry should appoligize. BUT JUNIOR has a problem of his own badmouthing our Troops himself. He thinks they are
OIL COPS. He thinks we should GROW our way out of dependence on ME oil.

he apologized for "being misunderstood" - which means the error was on the part of those LISTENING, not on the SPEAKER - himself!

"I sincerely regret that my words were misinterpreted to wrongly imply anything negative about those in uniform, and I personally apologize to any service member, family member or American who was offended," he said in a written statement."Not only insincere, not only 'nuanced', but incomplete and about 35 years late.
