Not aware that there was a party at the U of PA,
Secretary of State Dr. Rice and the Arabists in the State Dept.
got so excited at the thought of a murderous terrorists in the Homeland,
that they sent 30,000 assault rifles and $4,000,000 to the man who was
actually merely dressed up for Halloween. When the error was discovered,
Dr. Rice sent the weapons and money to the State Dept's "terrorist de jour".
