That may very well be changing (Blacks voting as a block for democrats) The GOP has three Blacks running as conservative republicans for major offices, and they might very well win (Rove you magnificent bast*rd). I've also be hearing some rumblings with some Black "Leaders" about the very point you made. I'm sure that in picking Powell and Rice for their high profile jobs that they were black was just a....coincidence (not that they were/are not qualified)
Right off the top of my (so-called) head I couldn't say.
Liberals live in a bubble and are delusional to evil in the world. They think if you leave evil alone it will stay contained but evil seeks to rule the world .
Reality is the needle that will burst any bubble.
