These families have paid such a dear price for us, and by going to Iraq, they are still paying emotionally, all for the troops and for our country.

As their son killed in Iraq laid in state at a wake, the grieving family of Justin Johnson was approached by a Kerry campaign worker and asked to become spokesmen against President Bush and the war in Iraq, the authors of “American Mourning” tell CNSNews.com.
“Justin was laid out in his Army uniform as the woman began her speech about hating Bush and helping Kerry,” the authors say.
Kerry and activist Michael Moore personally recruited family members within days of soldiers’ deaths seeking help undermining the war on terror and Bush during the 2004 campaign, the authors tell Hall.

Kerry tried to recruit the Johnsons at their sons' funeral to speak out against President Bush and his Iraq policy. I didn't know this. It is absolutely despicable. How can this not be construed as (once again) giving aid and comfort to the enemy?
I can't even imagine having lost my son in combat and then having the likes of the Carry Kamp slithering into the funeral and accosting me.
