With Election Day approaching, a controversy has arisen involving one of the candidates in the 29th Congressional District.
Democrat Eric Massa and his ex-campaign manager Sanford Dickert are fighting over Dickerts firing.
Massa said he let Dickert go because of poor conduct, saying the aide lured underage students to an apartment for drinking. Dickert denied the allegations and said the charges are Massa's attempt to avoid paying him $39,000 in salary plus a $50,000 bonus if Massa wins the election.
Massa is facing Republican incumbent Randy Kuhl.
Dickert was hired in April and fired in June. He said he is suing Massa for libel.
He'd probably give an alcoholic booze if they would vote Democratic.
the booze would be better then gone for a car ride with Ted Kenndy
