I think he pretty much ignored the whole judicial process.

Hope it is not as long and dragged out as ours. I thought I heard that the sentence must be carried out within 30 days of the verdict.

That is not accurate. This judicial system is brand new & totally restructured. There were no such rights under Saddam and any purported "right to appeal" was a farce.
