Given it's Kucinich I wouldn't be surprised if he declared voting by Ouija board to be perfectly legitimate.

27 out of 200,000 voters really isnt that bad in the whole scheme of things.
The people that did this should be found and prosecuted if that is possible.

I lived in Brook Park, OH (Cuyahoga County) for 34 years of my life. My father lived in the same house from 1961 to 1982 when he died. From 1982 until 1992 he was still on the voting sheets. Every year my sister and I would sign in and tell them that my dad was dead.
Back then, I was not as politically smart as I am now. Had I been, I would have realized that he was actually voting all those years.
In Louisiana we call it the voodoo vote. The dead continue to elect zombies into office at all levels of government.
