G.O.P. Denied Last-Minute Driver's Info (More voter fraud in NM)

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- On Monday, Republicans failed in a last-minute effort to gain access to the names of about 27,000 foreign nationals, who had been issued New Mexico driver's licenses.

Judge Valerie Huling ruled that there was no need for an emergency action on the G.O.P. request, because the party's lawyers couldn not show that those driver's license holders would influence the election.

This summer, the G.O.P. asked for the information but was given a highly redacted list by the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles. The department claims that to release such information is a violation of federal rights laws.

The jude will hear more arguments on this case at a later date.

More voter fraud news with the Rats trying to stop Republican phone calls to independent voters:

http://www.koat.com/news/10253453/detail.html

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- The Democratic Party of New Mexico has asked a state district judge for a restraining order against the state Republican Party.

Democrats accused the GOP of providing voters with incorrect information about polling locations in Albuquerque in an effort to cause confusion.

Democratic officials said they have learned of several instances in which voters have received phone messages providing incorrect polling information from people who identify themselves as GOP volunteers.

The Democrats have filed a request for a restraining order that would prohibit the GOP from contacting voters who aren't registered Republicans.

However, Republicans said the allegations are preposterous. New Mexico Republican Party executive director Marta Kramer said the legal action is a "dirty trick" to stop her party's get-out-the-vote efforts.

Hillary could certainly try to eliminate the Electoral College, but a new civil war would likely erupt before she was successful. Smaller States and their citizens (most of them conservative) are not exactly going to sit down and take it while Moonbats try to steal power by flushing our Republic and a founding principle of our Constitution down the toilet.

While I doubt a civil war would erupt, she is never going to get a constitutional ammendment on this, and I think we are safe in the Supreme Court for at least another 15 years.

27,000...

That's about 10% of the legally elegible LIKELY voters for the entire state.

And given that the state has been trending just about 50-50 on dem- Republican voting for quite a while, that's definitely more than enough to throw any election to the lefties.

27,000 illegal votes can throw every single county in NM. This isn't California with a population of 36 million.
