I know Texas isn't in the title but the polling monitor told me and the hubby that this turnout was huge, more like a Presidential election. We waited about 15 minutes to vote (paper ballots). When we left, there were 2 lines (2 precincts at one location) each with about 60 people in them. They were out the door of the school and down the sidewalk. I was so proud of my fellow Texans and community!

Go GOP!!!!! Let's hand the rats' their collective A$$(es)tonight!

I just voted on my way home from work in SC and the crowd was not bad...I voted and by the time I left the line was going out the door so I think our turnout will be pretty good. People in this area are pretty fired up about the gay marriage amendment.

Was in VT this weekend. Tons of Bernie signs--heard he's
worshipped by the moonbats up there. Some guy sells Bernie
memorabilia (saw ad for it) and someone painted a Bernie
mural on a garage or something (just off Rt 30 in Pawlet,
near intersection of 30 & 133...). His ads all over the
radio (that NY accent of his: Hoy! Oym Boynie Sandizz...)

Me too. I don't want a Democrat/Al Queda victory but history isn't on our side.

It's problematic however it's done, but far better than having to listen to the dino-media.

Bernie (along with Jeffords, Leahy and Howied Dean--not to mention the fact that I was tired of being one of 12 Conservatives out of 600,000) is the reason I moved from VT last year to Virginia.

Growing up in VT in 50's was great. Nice Conservative State.

Then in 70's Bernie moved there from NY (along with his band of merry Socialist) and it was all down hill from there.

Oh well, VT has the dubious distinction of having been the first State in the Union to field a "certified" Socialist as a Rep., so why not keep this shameful record as being the first to send a Socialist as a Senator?

How about the fact that like certain other stations (Conn.),
you can have a Lt. gov. of a different party...which is how
Howie Dean took office in '91 upon the death of (R) Gov.
Snelling.

15 minutes to go.

Virginia is the most exciting Senate race here. I think it will be Allen narrowly.
