I think this was the stay at home conservatives.
It was all about turnout and the conservatives/republicans stayed home.

I hate tax hikes. I hate open borders. I hate lowered national security. I hate terrorist attacks. All things that ignorant voters approved last night.

If we can't win with a positive vision, then I don't want to win.
We hate the terrorists. That's about it, as far as I'm concerned.

I hate getting killed by terrorists who are Muslims. And I hate the fact their members, our enemies, get elected AND seated in our US Congress.
We better wake up to reality real quick or they'll be hell to pay.....
I may not be here but my kids and grandchildren will be.

So I ask this forum, what do we really hate?
I seriously doubt you will get honest answers to that question.

No illegal immigration reform! It is well pass time to close the boarders and punish employers who illegally hire illegals.

Contrary to the Democrats' often repeated drivel, Republicans are not haters.
To: Tribemike
Well, I really hate the entire income tax system.
I really really hate socialist medicine.
I'm not very fond of Barbara Striesand.
I hate the person who killed Vince Foster.
I hate Ponsi schemes! We don't have any Ponsi schemes in government do we?
Hmmm.. maybe there's hope for us. We hate the bad stuff and they hate the good stuff. It's time this whole politics of hate starts to work for us too! :)

I hate that Pinch Shultzberger is alive and well in his Ivory Tower.
He needs to be cut down.

..we better find something fast because we need to start the fight for 2008 NOW..
This was nothing but a test for the presidential campaign. They know that Hillary needs to move right rather than left because Lamont lost and Webb won, the gay marriage bans are almost universal and people aren't that afraid of gun ownership and want a person that will worship service members and promote military service as a career (this can be the VP candidate). They also learned that republicans will stay at home if there is a scandal that has media legs sustains itself for a few weeks no matter how inconsequential it really is. They easily suffer from scandal fatigue, where the Dems are used to it. Democrats will crawl through fire and over broken glass to pull the lever for someone as empty as Casey and as awful as Menendez, the Repubs need to have the same party passion. Hold your nose and vote for the R because a vote for anyone but the R is a vote for the D, this is what the Dems do.. Conservatives and Republicans need to do serious op-research NOW to get the dirt on anyone that the media says has a chance of sniffing the democratic nomination next year. A scandal a week should do the trick. They also need to get behind a candidate that can win across the country, not just the primaries. Go to the mattresses before it's too late..

No, I think the answer is still what they hate!If we make them live up to their own PC standards. Check out a post I made entitled "A friendly fifth column" and tell me what you think.

I hate, and think most of us here do, conservatives calling other conservatives "jackasses".
