in 1911, a Swiss officer was observing the German Army during Maneuvers. A German officer asked the Swiss why they bothered with an army, since the Germans could put into the field an army that was twice as large as the entire Swiss Army/militia.
The Swiss Officer shrugged, and said "Shoot Twice, go home."
A quick internet search will find a very nice public range in Basil, referenced by ProTell, the swiss counterpart to the NRA.
Only problem is you can only shoot K-11s, K-31s, StG-57s and StG-540s. The K-11 Schmidt-Rubin is named after the inventer of the Jacketed bullet, which made the higher velocities of smokeless powder practical.

I think it had something to do with encouraging or referring to civil war. I remember seeing where he got banned. So step carefully on this thread, protecting your 2nd amendment rights I think are encouraged. Suggesting a civil war is not.
