But we don't seem to be able to fight the fight that needs to be done.

Also, we need to stop being politically correct and take over some MSM TV station and declare it is a CONSERVATIVE station and be done with it.

Partially true, however I see our loss as a "my megaphone is bigger than yours" type of victory for the DBM.
It took the msm 6 years to lie, deceive, spin and undermine George Bush's adm. They picked him apart at every turn, ignoring any good news and concentrating on daily death tolls and anything that would pull the adm. down.
They won on that basis.
Next time it won't happen.
We here at the New Media were fooled once but won't happen again.

Not true. The tape showed Murtha considering the bribe, but not accepting. This is why he was never indicted. He preferred the money to pass through intermediaries rather than directly into his own pocket. He's corrupt, but smart.

hear, hear!.. fully agree with you. MSM shouted loud and clear in regards to Repub corruption and absolutely NOTHING on Dems. No one fought back. MSM controls the airwaves and will make excuses for whatever dems do. So, unless Repubs are will to fight MSM smear tatics... Dems will reign.

We lost because we won't fight! It all sticks to Republicans because they won't refute anything thrown at them, let alone stand up for themselves or fight.

We certainly won't miss subpoena power since no Republicans ever use it. (Remembering back to the pathetic hearings the Republicans were forced into holding after their '94 takeover, it's just as well to not remind the electorate how incompetent Republicans are at governing.) Evidently Hastert sticking up for Jefferson was the tip of the iceberg because we don't stand up for ourselves, just for the other guys.
