It is one reason why they will never make a first world country. That and their holiday break of two months coming up in about 5 weeks.
They do like to have a good time like most young people, and in Argentina they do it until 6 in the morning. It intimidated me. The bars in Oklahoma close at 2 and I'm pretty well done in by then. I don't know how I would make it another 4 hours.Probably by starting later. I know that in Mexico the "siesta" comes into play and people often work until 8 or 9pm. They may go out at midnight or even 1am and it may be the same in Argentina.
The Bush twins have always come across as normal and indeed I suspect it made a difference in 2004 among younger voters that Kerry's daughters seemed way more haughty and aloof.
