I guess it's very difficult for Muslims to figure out who their sister is when all the women are covered from head to toe in a black burka.
They just pick one from the group. No need for silly western practices such as admiring a woman's looks. When they flip up that burka from behind, they all look like the same, even the gay guys wearing burka's. Since Muslim women have no need to shave, there's no way to tell if that hairy butt is their sister, or the gay guy next door..

This article addresses Arabs, not Muslims -- most Muslims are not Arabs. Regardless, Arabs typically do not wear burkhas. The burkha is an Afghani thing. "Arab" isn't operationally defined in the BMJ article, and I can't go chasing down their sources, but I would assume Afghanistan is not part of their "Arab world;" it isn't even mentioned by name anywhere in the article. Burkhas are also typically blue, not black. You might be confusing it with the abaya, which is worn in Arabia, and is black.
