Utah has lots of open space. Maybe we should move all muslims to it.

Far, far better to move them back where they came from.

Genesis 2:24...Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Issac was the only Patriarch who understood this.

Outlaw divorce

I would go for this. This is the biggest morals buster for America and a complete sin to boot. Although funny nobody seems to think it is a sin.

Technically its illegal but there are just too many for prosecutors to clog up the courts with putting polygamists in jail.

There is a huge enclave related to the Colorado City/Hilldale sect in Canada and Mexico, particularly Baja.

Unfortunately the history behind pologamy has nothing to do with Genesis but Joseph Smith, in the 1830's-40's, falling in love with many lovlies who were not his wife. This lead to his codifying a covenant for plural wives (he is believed to have 40). If a young girl refused she was (and still is) told she will face eternal damnation. He would basically tell the girl he had a message for her, that he had been commanded to take another wife and this young girl s the woman... Warren Jeffs did the same thing with his flock.

Pologamy was outlawed in the State of Utah in order to become a State of the Union, some refused to give it up and basically went underground, some moved to Mexico, some to Canada, etc., but it has never totally died out, though the Church condems it officially.

A lot of prosecutors and judges have found themselves out of office in Utah and here in Arizona when they take on the Pologamists.

This is a crisis in the church as well -- the rot is coursing though bible beleiving churches of all stripes

Your remarks go triple for these

Churches increatingly are filled with the wreckage of broken homes -- and ministries in to many ways are supposrting this as an acceptable culture by not examining how the changes in what they taught in the last 2.5 decades has changed the complete landscape -- for in the early 1970's divorce was unheard of among beleivers. This is a case of same and different and my mother adds that in the early 1960's divorce was almost unheard of among non-beleivers.

Aren't many of the police and people in the legal system in some of these state also polygamists?

Yes... as a result it's very difficult to actually have a trial and get the young women into court to testify. They have to be able to go back and live in the community ... and when you have a judge, like Judge Conn, who gives probation when one of the members is found guilty of forcing a minor to marry and have sex or of having sex with a minor it makes everyone throw their hands up in disgust.

They tend to do it without "benefit" of marriage, though.

Outlaw divorce, and you'll drive up the murder rate. ;) Seriously, so many politicians are divorced, this would never be passed by any legislature at any time.
