Where does Romney, or all the candidates, stand on reducing government?

I'm sure all of them would say generically that they are for "smaller government." Even GWB would say that. Not sure if any of them have a track record in actually making government smaller (though, begrudgingly, we have to acknowledge that McCain is good on earmark reform).

Rudy is not only for smaller government, unlike McQueeg, he actually accomplished that in N.Y.C., which is an unbelievable feat!
