Actually, Pootie-Poot benefits quite a bit from this. He has sent a very strong, but plausably-deniable public message to dissidents, defectors, and wavering moles that he *will* get them.

Mr. Buchanan thinks that "Occam's Razor" is the brand name of box cutter involved in the official cover-up story for Bush's 9/11 conspiracy.
