Too bad he doesn't put in a pig farm - a full fledge one at that.
This reminds me of something that happened years ago. In my hometown of Carmel, Indiana, there was a person who owned property around 116th St and Spring Mill Road. The owner was interested in building 3 story professional office building. Along Meridian Street (US31) especially around Meridian & 116th were these 7+ story buildings owned by an investment company. The owner of the company got in cahoots with the City Council and Mayor of Carmel and prevented this person from getting the zoning changed so he can build his office building. However, the property was zoned farming/agriculture. He decided to put in a full fledged pig farm as his response. The people in the investment company were pretty p*ssed. I don't know what kind of farming this person does since I left Indiana about 12 years ago.

I'll bet the next great pet will be a pot bellied pig. They're good pets.,, but some people don't like them. "Know what I mean, Vern."

A good idea is to build a microbrewery next to the mosque.

K.I.A., that's the Katy Islamic Association, plan to build a mosque here. It appears there will be unclean animals on both sides of the fence.

K.I.A., that's the Katy Islamic Association, plan to build a mosque here. KIA is a perfect acronym for any Islomic organization, IMO.
