Who reads that comic, anyway? It stopped being culturally relevant somewhere around 1986.
Normal people read "Day by Day" on the Internet.
Gary Trudeau must also compose the material for such comedic geniuses as Whoopi Goldberg and Jeanine Girafalo.
I read it, because its a quick way of finding out what the leftists are thinking, and slightly less painful then reading Maureen Dowdy.
Trudeau or what his name is just an excuse for Card to go after very much typical leftist Bush hating distortion of reality. I don't read that comic neither.
The normally "Pravda" like Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel moved Doomsbury to the editorial page a couple of years ago. Even they recognize that it's a political screed with nothing even remotely funny about it.
