Yes we are staying warm - no I have not used the buttermilk yet but I am sure I will very shortly when I start baking for Christmas. I intend to try out more American recipes as an alternative this year.

That's cute. I have seen some like that here, too. And Santas. We don't decorate much. But I do like to get my stuffed snowmen and Santas out and put them around the living room.
