There are just too many things to say about this one sentence alone.............

U.S. Military forces are simply too good to allow any type of military take over. Imploding in upon ourselves was the only way and the progress being made recently is nothing short of stunning.

Those of us students organizing this historic evening are not afraid of controversy as we stand firm in our support of academic freedom and Mr. Churchill's outstanding contributions and analyses," New School student Jeremy Syrop, 20, told The New York Sun in an e-mail. So I can assume from your statement, Jeremey, that you'd support Rush Limbaugh or Ann Coulter coming to speak some evening?

"The New School is a legendary, progressive university comprising eight schools bound by a common, unusual intent: to prepare and inspire its 9,300 undergraduate and graduate students to bring actual, positive change to the world. From its Greenwich Village campus, The New School launches economists and actors, fashion designers and urban planners, dancers and anthropologists, orchestra conductors, filmmakers, political scientists, organizational experts, jazz musicians, scholars, psychologists, historians, journalists, and above all, world citizens-individuals whose ideas and innovations forge new paths of progress in the arts, design, humanities, public policy, and the social sciences. In addition to its 70 graduate and undergraduate degree-granting programs, the university offers certificate programs and more than 1,000 continuing education courses to 25,000 adult learners every year."

Basically it's a "progressive" (liberal) school teaching such things as "social research," general studies, liberal arts, etc. It's in Greenwich Village, and it emphases citizenship of the world over America. Sounds like a moonbat indoctrination center. Believe me, nobody will boo; the folks there will all be cheering and clapping.

This jerk shouldn't even be allowed to walk on our planet..Remember this..
Churchill blurtung out a joke regarding what he perceived as the hilarity over how passengers on the 9/11 flights were "easily" hijacked by terrorists and flown into the World Trade Center. "You do remember, the incident which the terrorists overpowered the stewardess on the aircraft and tweezed her eyebrows with his tweezers, until she screamingly submitted to fly the plane into a building remember that one?" Joked Churchill. "

The New School gives Churchill left-wing life support. Next, they'll give him a full professorship. The political left at our colleges has always had a fondness for liars and charlatans. They like one of their own.

At the invitation of the New School's Women of Color student group, which is funding the event from the university's student fees... As a student or parent, this is where I would have a problem. If they want to use private money for him to rant, fine. But taking tuition money for him to spread his vitriolic anti-Americanisim--there has to be legal recourse to stop it. Some students/parents don't want their tuition money going to this guy.

The conclusion one must draw from such examples isn't that every institution has its bad apples but rather that, at least in the liberal arts in America, moral turpitude and political hucksterism pervades higher education.
Radical criminals with questionable academic credentials flourish in a milieu that bristles with hostility toward real scholars who don't toe the party linewitness the case of former Harvard President Lawrence Summers.
Individuals with prison records or FBI rap sheets don't get into major educational institutions because they fudge their resumes.
They get in because they share the political dogmas of those who hire themand they flourish for the same reason.
