I was asking the same question.
Sad. Readin' the wrong newspapers and tryin' to stay relevant.
"Step Right Up" was the first TW song I ever heard. It was on the radio back in late 70's-early 80's and to this day the only time I have heard a TW song on the radio. His "One from the Heart" soundtrack w/Crystal Gale is grossly under appreciated.
Edward Hopper good.
This clown not so good.
... thought it was coke, but heroin seems likely as well, since he was living with Rickie Lee Jones in those days."
Probably both. We used to play his music late nights while everyone was wasted. Seemed appropriate. Glad I'm still alive with a few brain cells left. Apparently he has used up his last one with 'The Road to Peace' crap.
I would like to tell Tom:
We arming the Israeli army with guns and tanks and bullets so they can defend themselves against the genocidal maniacs whom you idolize.
Tom, you are the problem. Not the solution.
I could be wrong, but I seriously doubt we send any money to Iran or Syria. However, lets give the Democrats a few more years in control and we probably will.
Have a Merry Christmas in Europa-stan!
Drop dead troll.
One of my all time favorites...did you see the movie SMOKE???? The last scenes about AUGIE'S CHRISTMAS STORY as re-enacted to this song is unforgettable!
Mr. Sweden- 12/24/2006.
"Frank's Wild Years" ... very funny.
So what about his world peace ramblings; he has no effect on anything...
Eventually, we all want Peace.
Glade Jul!!
Skoal!!
With Crystal Gayle...? Sounds interesting.
Frank's Theme
Dream away the tears in your eyes
Dream away your sorrows
Dream away all your goodbyes
Dream away tomorrow
I promise when the sun comes up
I promise I'll be true
and just like before the band starts to play
they always play your favorite tune
and dream awawy when everyone's gone
dream away your grey skies tooo
dream away and nothing is wrong
dreams have wishes that are waiting for you
and up ahead the road is turning
turning for you and me
and just like before
the band starts to play
now there's that twinkle in your eye
and dream away
We eat crappy little nations like yours for breakfast and dump 'em out before lunch.
We walk taller, fight harder, and f*** longer than the next 6 nations full of inbred Eurotrash could ever dream of doing.
Merry Christmas a**hole.

Yes, I agree, the scenes were really a great tie in to the song. Loved it.
