Not when I lived there !!!! Chappaqua and Briarcliff at least were pure WASP. But that was a few decades ago.
JAPpaqua and Briarcliff have changed. To find a WASP, you need to go down to Rye, or cross the border to Darien or New Canaan.
I lived there from 70 to 75 and they sure were not even close to pure "WASP" then..........
