No, arms trafficking, according to Italian news. He is being investigated for arms trafficking, disclosing secrets of his office (in the meaning of a public office), and for giving false testimony to a government commission. It must be remembered that in Italy, the judiciary is largely controlled by the far left.

The way it works in Italy...a local DA can go as far as he wants and issue warrants for just about anyone (remember...our CIA guys are under that current threat). Oh, and that Army private that shot the rescuer of the dimwit Italian female reporter...he is also under warrant. If they wanted to go after Rumsfeld...they probably would. Just remember this...justice in Italy only goes so far...then the mafia steps in and ensures stability.
