He inherited his spunk from his Mom. His "dad" has been known to pee down his quilt in any difficult situation, including how to dump his wife to be with his mistress.
God bless Harry, and his mission. This is one 'Yank who's very proud of him.
Not sure where your getting this "us vs them" stuff, both of Sen McCain's boys are in the military.
I really don't consider the son of an elected leader to be of the same stature as the Queen's grandson. So it's not really the same is it? That being said there was a time in history that the leader of the forces went to war with his forces. Good on Harry for going. I do wonder however if he's going to be deployed where the Blues and Royals are supposed to be going in Iraq, which is on the Iran-Iraq border
As their very own Iron Lady once said, "Consensus is the absence of leadership".
Great for Great Britain. Huzzah! If he serves the Kingdom well, more power to him.

Very True,,,,,,,,,Harry Will Be In Good Company,,,
He's Gunna Be With "TOMMY"...an'he ain't no slouch !!..;0)
And he piloted a helicopter.
That he did! :-)
Riding without a seatbelt in a car driven by a drunk at high speed is not brave, just stupid.
I think bith Harry and William will do well.
That girl was William's girlfriend, I think her name is Kate Middleton.
Watch Prince Harry hook up with Hadji Girl...
Did Drudge say what side he would serve with?
LOL - not sure if you meant it this way, but that comment is really funny. I'm trying to envision what a "prince outfit" would be.
Prince Diana has to be one of the most overrated women in the history of the world. It is amazing that all a woman has to do to become idolized as "brave" is to be cheated on by her husband.
I know women that really like Hillary for just that reason. They want to see her do well because "Bill cheated on her".
Diana lived in the lap of luxury her whole life yet she is painted as some some of Cinderella.
BK, you would come up with that one, LOL!
Her mother bailed out on her when she was a child.
Sure maybe from the rich but that one is hard to take.
His uncle Andrew flew a chopper in the Falklands War. In fact he served in the Navy for 22 years, retiring in 2001 as a Commander. In the Falklands he did "Exocet decoy" duty, his chopper carrying a "blip enhancer" to attract the missiles away from the ships. It takes big brass ones to do that. :) Not all the British Royals are wimps.
Even his rather wimpish father, Prince Charles, served in the Royal Navy for 5 years, and also in the RAF. Flew lots of different aircraft, including the the F-4 Phantom and the Harrier, neither of which are *not* pussycats to fly.
Prince William did just graduate from Sandhurst, the Brit equivalent of West Point (more or less, rather less really), and was commissioned as a 2nd LT. He will initialy serve as a troop commander in an armored recon unit. Latter he will serve with the RAF and Royal Navy in an "attached" status.
The Brits have this quaint notion that those who lead should first learn to follow, at least in so far as military affairs go.
Harry is indeed the spare, William is next in line after his father. Even though he's younger, Harry joined up first, being commissioned in April, while William was commissioned in December, so he'll outrank his older brother, at least for a little while. It was reported almost a year ago, before he was commissioned that Harry he was slated to go to Iraq in May 2007, although there has been some dissension about possible front line duty Of course he's vehement that he will serve with his men.
Close, but his name is Henry, not Harold. Plus the Calvary often uses the old rank of Coronet rather than 2nd Lt., although they are equivalent.
