The kind of change that produces glass?
Like melting sand...with extreme heat. Say that of a nuclear fission reaction?
Maybe right after the 2nd or 3rd islm attacks on American cities it will be possible. We know for absolute sure that 3000 dead in one attack is not strong enough to spur our leaders to wage a proper war.
The question is then:
....just what level of mayhem must be reeked on the U.S. and just how many Americans must die due to muslim attacks will it take to cause whatever administration in charge to wage war like America has in the past and could again?
